𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development, marketing, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong networks with doctors, vendors, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead and coach the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets.
• Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and oversee promotional activities, workshops, and awareness programs.
• Manage budgets, monitor market trends, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of all hospital communications and materials.
• Conduct market visits to stay aligned with patient and industry needs.
• Report performance and insights regularly to senior management.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• MBA/ M. Pharm/ B. Pharm/ Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 15+ years’ experience, including 5+ years in a senior role in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven expertise in business development, sales, and marketing leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly business-savvy.
