Position: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
– Route map planning for sales representatives.
– Managing and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking stages of potential deals.
– Assisting in setting sales targets, monitoring performance and preparing reports on sales progress to ensure alignment with goals.
– Assisting with budgeting for sales initiatives and ensuring resources are appropriately allocated to meet team objectives.
– Collaborating with sales managers and HOD to implement strategies, identify opportunities, and adjust plans based on market feedback and results.
Execution:
– Tracking sales representative movements.
– Respond to sales representative queries and complaints to smooth out operations.
– Communicating with management about up-to-date market status and market delivery.
– Coordinating communication between the sales team, customers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
– Keeping track of the records to keep sales to delivery expenses are maintained to X percent.
– Ensuring truck loading/unloading logistics are in place.
– Ensuring deliveries for general trade, modern trade and corporate.
– Coordinate with warehouse in charge for stock and inventory levels, goods outward.
– Hands on experience with SAP and SFA tools to manage sales process, customer relationship and performance analytics.
Reporting:
– Compile total collection report.
– SKU Wise Report.
– Channel wise Summary Report.
– Sales Target Vs Actual.
– Compiling and submitting report on Market Intelligence.
– Creating Monthly sales reports
– Generating report on Sales Rep Movements.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
– Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience as a sales coordinator or sales administrator, preferably in the Consumer Commodity Market, or FMCG sector.
