I have realized that “talent” is always over-estimated in our country.
And things like discipline, professionalism, commitment, consistency, hard work, etc. Are mostly underestimated.
To be honest, I am more of a hard worker than a talent. I am more foolish than wise. Trust me I am telling the truth. Just ask my wife 😂
I know many talented professionals who in spite of having amazing skillsets, will never become a top corporate, simply because they cannot attend office on time, or are not consistent with their deliveries. Because of silly things.
I came across so many talented actors, influencers, musicians, etc. who are brilliant and blessed with unbelievable creativity inside of them, BUT do not have any idea how to manage a client, a sponsor, or a professional/corporate deal properly, and therefore they lose the opportunity.
Breaks my heart. What do you think is the solution to this problem?
My plan: Someday when I grow older, I would launch some training programs, where I would assemble different professional minds, and connect them with these talented individuals, so that together we can unleash our truest potential.
